    I’m returning to shooting after a 30 year hiatus. I’ve always been interested in shooting since my first experience in cub scouts, but never pursued it. Because of Todd’s instruction, I’m fully capable and confident in operating my new mini 14 with all safety , awareness and accuracy. He has also helped reignite my love for shooting sports, handgun or long gun. He will be a great source of knowledge for me going forward. Thank you Todd

    Todd was extremely helpful for my two sons and me as we are newer handgun students. He really took his time and provided outstanding hands on coaching. After several hours, our knowledge, accuracy and speed made progress. Todd provided a solid foundation for us to continue to learn and improve. The quality and time spent with us exceeded my expectations.

    I recently had the pleasure of training with Todd, and I cannot recommend his instruction enough. Todd’s approach to firearms training is both comprehensive and personalized, ensuring that you receive the training necessary to improve your skills.

    A quick overview:
    Todd’s training began with a review in a classroom setting. This focused on safety and provided a solid understanding of the principles of firearms safety, sight picture, stance, etc. . Todd made these concepts easy to grasp and apply.

    Next was direct one-on-one training on the firing line. This personalized attention was exactly what I needed, as Todd was able to identify my strengths and my areas for improvement. He observed my shooting and after only a few moments had feedback for me to try out. We did a couple personalized drills while maintaining a focus on safety and technique which significantly enhanced my shooting skills. They worked out great and showed me what I was doing .

    Throughout the training session, Todd emphasized the importance of ongoing practice and skill development. I completed the session with a deeper understanding of my abilities and a clear plan for continued improvement. Todd’s expertise and dedication have improved my skills, and discipline to become a more confident shooter.

    I can say that I had several key takeaways from Todd’s instruction that have undoubtedly made me a better shooter.

    If you are looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and effective shooting instructor, Todd is an excellent choice. I look forward to my next lesson with Todd as we continue to hone my skills under his tutelage.

    I came to Todd not having touched a handgun in years and with a pretty big dose of fear. I honestly didn’t think I was going to make it out on the range. Not only did he help me remember skills already learned, but he taught me new skills, helped me overcome my fear, got me back on the range and firing, and now I can’t wait for our next lesson. There is nothing like feeling safe and confident with your home defense weapon, especially for a woman. I would recommend Todd to the experienced shooter and for those of us who want to learn.

    the only thing i would change or try to fix is the ability to hear your instructor while on the shooting range.
    maybe an ear piece or something?

    Five star all around. There are many certified shooting instructors; some of them are expert shots. And a smaller group of them are good teachers.

    Todd is a real teacher. Not just a coach, but someone who can relate to the student at his or her level of capability, and who then can identify in a constructive way what should be changed.

    I have taken both pistol and long range rifle lessons from him, and both lessons were highly productive.

    I have taken other, more expensive classes that were counterproductive. Improvement in shooting isn’t always easy, but his classes leave me wanting to put in the work.

Hello! I am Todd LeClair, owner of ToddCo Training! I am also excited to meet you! I’m excited because I am passionate about teaching others about firearms, firearms safety, and look forward to walking with you in your firearms journey. I am a NRA Certified Pistol Instructor​, member of the Firearms Trainers Association​, member of the Carry Trainer University Instructor Development Group​, and I have an AAS Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement degree. I am also an avid student and take multiple classes a year to improve my shooting skill, and grow as an instructor.
